Therapy for overwhelmed children, teens, adults & parents.

Support for anxiety, big emotions, & neurodivergent needs

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.

You might be here because…

You’re managing your own anxiety, stress, life transitions

You’re child is struggling with big emotions

You feel overwhelmed, or unsure what to do next

You’re trying your best, but it still feels heavy

How I can help…

Strengthen connection & co-regulation

Learn and understand how to regulate big feelings and emotions

Recognize patterns and build supports

Offer neuro-affirming support and support neurodivergent needs

My work focuses on slowing things down and supporting your nervous system not just talking through problems, but helping you actually feel more regulated and confident day-to-day.
