A supportive space to feel heard, understood, and more connected to yourself. I offer individual therapy for adults in Sault Ste. Marie and virtual therapy across Ontario. I support adults navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that may no longer feel helpful.

Emotions are an important part of being human, they can guide us, protect us, and sometimes feel overwhelming. Using a trauma-informed, emotion-focused approach, we work together to help you:

  • identify patterns that keep you feeling stuck

  • build self-awareness and emotional regulation

  • strengthen self-compassion and resilience

The goal is meaningful change that feels sustainable and rooted in deeper understanding not just symptom management.
