Hi, I’m Allannah
I’m so glad you’re here.
Reaching out for support isn't always easy. Whether you're navigating your own challenges, trying to understand your child's big emotions, or simply feeling like life has become heavier than expected, I hope you know you don't have to figure it out alone.
Over the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of supporting children, teens, adults, and families through anxiety, trauma, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and the unique experiences that come with autism and ADHD. These experiences have continually reminded me that behaviour has meaning, emotions deserve curiosity, and healing happens within safe, trusting relationships.
My approach is relationship-based, emotion-focused, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming. I believe therapy isn't about fixing people - it's about creating a space where you feel understood, accepted, and supported as we make sense of your experiences together.
Whether I'm working with a child through play, helping a teen navigate life's challenges, supporting a parent who feels overwhelmed, or walking alongside an adult in their healing journey, my goal remains the same: to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
Outside of the therapy room, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors, listening to music, or finding small moments of calm in everyday life. Those moments remind me that healing doesn't only happen in therapy - it also happens in the ordinary moments of connection, rest, and feeling truly seen.
Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me. If you think we might be a good fit, I'd be honoured to be part of your journey.
