Hi, I’m Allannah
If you’re here, you might be feeling overwhelmed and trying to support your child, manage your own emotions, or navigate things that feel heavier than expected.
I work with children, teens, adults, and parents who are experiencing anxiety, big emotions, and the complexities of neurodivergence.
My approach is grounded in connection, nervous system awareness, and meeting you where you are without pressure or judgment. Together, we focus on building emotional regulation, understanding behaviours, and creating practical tools that feel realistic in everyday life.
With over 10 years of experience supporting children and families, I bring a trauma-informed and relational approach to this work. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe, seen, and supported - not rushed or fixed. Clients often describe our sessions as calm, collaborative, and grounding - a space where they can slow down and feel understood.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time outdoors, listening to Taylor Swift, and finding small ways to stay connected and regulated in my own life and family.
If this feels like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, you’re welcome to reach out or book a session when you’re ready.
