A Little More on Me

A peaceful lake scene during sunset with calm water, a small boat, trees along the shoreline, and a partly cloudy sky.

I was born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, and this community continues to feel like home in the most meaningful ways. As a Registered Social Worker and therapist, I’m grateful to offer counselling and trauma-informed care in the same place that shaped so much of who I am.

Family is central in my life, and much of my time outside of work is spent with my children and the people I love. In the summer, you’ll find me at the baseball field cheering on my kids, and in the winter, watching basketball with the same enthusiasm.

I feel most at ease outdoors walking with a warm cup of tea while listening to Taylor Swift or a true-crime podcast, exploring the woods, or sitting in quiet connection with the shoreline of Lake Superior. These roots, relationships, and rhythms influence how I show up in my work: grounded, compassionate, and guided by the belief that connection is at the heart of healing
