Hi, I’m Allannah
If you’re here, you may be feeling overwhelmed, trying to support your child, manage your own emotions, or navigate a season of life that feels heavier than expected.
I work with children, teens, adults, and parents experiencing anxiety, big emotions, trauma, life transitions, and the complexities of neurodivergence.
My approach is grounded in connection, nervous system awareness, and meeting you where you are without pressure or judgment. Together, we focus on building emotional regulation, understanding behaviours, and creating practical tools that feel realistic in everyday life.
With over 10 years of experience supporting children, adults, and families, I bring a trauma-informed, relationship-based approach to this work. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe, seen, and supported - not rushed or “fixed.”
Outside the therapy room, I love time outdoors, listening to music, and finding small ways to stay connected and regulated in my own family life.
If this feels like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, I’d be honoured to connect.
