I know unexpected things happen, and we will review this policy together during your first appointment so you can ask any questions. My aim is to support you while being fair and flexible to all clients.

Payments can be made securely online or by e-transfer. Receipts are available and can be sent to your insurance for reimbursement.

Yes. Parent involvement is essential. You will receive updates, guidance, and tools so you feel equipped to support your child at home.

This is common and okay. I gently support engagement through play, pacing, and connection. Sometimes we start with shorter moments of participation or even parent-only sessions until your child feels ready.
