At your first counselling session, you will be greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. We will get to know each other, answer your questions, and talk about your concerns. You will also learn about how counselling works, what sessions look like, and what to expect next. This first meeting starts your path to healing and personal growth

Life is unpredictable, and plans can change. My 24-hour cancellation policy helps keep appointments open for everyone. I know unexpected things happen, and we will review this policy together during your first appointment so you can ask any questions. My aim is to support you while being fair and flexible to all clients.

Payments can be made securely online or by e-transfer. Receipts are available and can be sent to your insurance for reimbursement.

My work begins with supporting parents. Once parents feel equipped and connected, we can explore opportunities for sessions with the child, always in alignment with your family’s needs.
