Helping children make sense of big feelings through connection, play, and understanding.
Children experience the world in unique ways, and when emotions become overwhelming, they often communicate through behaviour rather than words. Anxiety, frustration, meltdowns, withdrawal, or challenges at school are often signs that a child is struggling - not trying to be difficult.
Using a relationship-based, emotion-focused, and trauma-informed approach, I create a safe space where children can explore their emotions, build confidence, and develop the skills they need to navigate life's challenges. Sessions are thoughtfully tailored to each child's developmental stage and may include play, games, art, creativity, and conversation to help them express themselves in ways that feel natural and comfortable.
I support children experiencing:
Anxiety and excessive worry
Big emotions and emotional regulation challenges
Autism & ADHD
School-related stress and challenges
Friendship and social difficulties
Low self-esteem and confidence
Trauma and difficult life experiences
