Child and Youth Therapy
Children communicate through behaviour, emotion, movement, and play. My role is to meet them where they are, help them feel safe, and support the skills they are still developing.
I work with children who may be:
Neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, sensory differences)
Highly sensitive or easily overwhelmed
Struggling with big emotions, transitions, or school stress
Navigating anxiety, shutdowns, or meltdowns
Processing trauma or chronic stress
My Approach
Relationship first: Connection is the foundation of all change.
Regulation before expectations: A calm nervous system learns and copes better.
Parent partnership: You know your child best. Together we create a grounded plan.
What Sessions Look Like
Sessions may include play, creative activities, conversation, or sensory regulation strategies. I adjust to your child’s developmental stage and capacity each day.
