The listening place.. who I am as a therapist.

Starting therapy or even just thinking about it can feel overwhelming.

My goal is simple: to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and safe. I believe that real growth happens not through judgment or correction, but through connection.

Connection means listening without rushing to fix, validating your experiences, and supporting you in discovering your own strengths. It’s the foundation for trust, insight, and lasting change. When you feel safe, your nervous system relaxes, and true understanding can take root whether that’s about yourself, your relationships, or the patterns that have been holding you back.

In my approach, boundaries are sacred, emotions are respected, and your journey is honored. Every person is unique, and every path forward should reflect that uniqueness. This might mean small, practical strategies to manage daily stress, tools to communicate more effectively, or simply holding space while you process big feelings. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution, just support that fits your life.

I’ve seen the difference it makes when people feel genuinely understood. A teen learning to trust their own voice, a parent discovering ways to connect with their neurodivergent child, or someone navigating a major life transition all of these moments remind me why connection matters more than correction.

Whether you’re exploring challenges, seeking clarity, or simply looking for support, my hope is that you leave this space feeling heard, understood, and more connected to yourself. This is who I am, and this is what I offer: a place where healing and growth are guided by curiosity, empathy, and a belief in your own capacity to thrive.
