Trauma Support and Therapy
I offer trauma-informed therapy and counselling in Sault Ste. Marie and online across Ontario, supporting adults and parents in navigating the lasting impacts of trauma. In our work together, we move at a pace that feels safe for you exploring your experiences with care, compassion, and curiosity.
Through approaches such as Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and brain-based, body-aware practices, we’ll work to gently reconnect you with your inner world. My goal is to help you understand your emotional responses, build self-compassion, and begin to restore a sense of balance and trust both within yourself and in your relationships.
